Anant Leekha has been named as the new general manager of Novotel Pune. Anant is highly respected for his accomplishments and solid track record, having worked in the field for more than 20 years. His aptitude for motivating and building cohesive teams, along with his experience in sales and operations, will be invaluable in advancing the hotel’s commercial development and improving visitor experiences.
As part of his responsibilities, Anant Leekha will spearhead the hotel’s technology and strategic initiatives with the goal of providing both team members and visitors with the Heartist experience. With the appointment of this new role, Anant returns to Pune, where he began his career with Accor as General Manager in 2016.
Having worked with Accor for 16 years, Anant Leekha has a lot of expertise and a strong understanding of the firm’s objectives, standards of service, and company identity. His most recent position was Cluster General Manager for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai, and ibis Thane. Prior to joining Novotel Pune, he held important positions with Accor. These hotels consistently achieved excellence in performance indicators year after year during his stay.
Anant will be in charge of the entire management and operations of Novotel Pune Nagar Road in his capacity as general manager. His priorities will be to further build the hotel’s reputation, increase profitability, and improve guest involvement.
Anant is a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology graduate. His will to succeed is fueled by his hobbies, which include playing cricket, traveling to beaches with his family, and enjoying life in general.
