Sunita, Arvind Kejriwal wife, is now able to visit her husband according to the Tihar jail officials. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announced on April 29 that she would be seeing him today.
“Sunita Kejriwal and the chief minister are scheduled to meet at 12:30 pm. During the meeting, Delhi Cabinet Minister Atishi would accompany her, according to a statement from the AAP, as reported by PTI.
The party of Arvind Kejriwal had earlier claimed that they did not have permission to meet with the jailed chief minister. On the other hand, the jail administration denied this.
On April 30, Kejriwal will have a meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
What is Arvind Kejriwal’s fault?
During a roadshow in West Delhi on April 28, Sunita Kejriwal referred to the Delhi Chief Minister as “sher (Lion)”. She claimed that he was imprisoned as a result of his construction of schools, provision of free power, and establishment of Mohalla Clinics in the nation’s capital.
