LTIMindtree: Upheaval at the top is still present a year after LTIMindtree, or L&T Infotech and Mindtree merged. For example, LTIMindtree appointed three new chief business officers (CBO) for its retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare business units in less than two months.
This happened a few days after Paresh Vankar, the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO), quit after only ten months on the job. He started working for the company in January and left in October.

Aditi Banerjee was named CBO-Life Sciences and Healthcare this week by the company. With more than twenty-five years of experience, she has held positions at DXC Technology, Infosys, Accenture, and HCL Technologies.
Not only did LTIMindtree promote Rajesh Sundaram to CBO-Manufacturing business unit last month, but they also named Samir Gosavi as CBO-Retail & Consumer Goods. Rajesh served as LTIMindtree’s executive vice president of manufacturing, while Samir oversaw global brand and communications at Zensar Technologies before joining the company.
High-level exits are a problem for even bigger IT companies. Another event involving HCLTech was the departure of Appa Rao V V, the former chief human resources officer (CHRO), on November 22. After just 13 months on the job, Apparao resigned. Apparao was named chief delivery officer by the company in October 2022 as part of a reorganization.
Peeyush Dubey became the Chief Marketing Officer of Tech Mahindra in November. Dubey held the position of CMO at Mindtree and LTI prior to this, serving until 2022. He then spent slightly more than a year working for TheMathCompany, an AI analytics solutions provider. Additionally, Dubey was the global marketing head for Infosys for more than ten years.
Likewise, Wipro experienced the departure of another senior executive. This month, Santosh Joshi, the program director and delivery head, left his studies in information technology to become a senior vice president at Citi.
